Today I thought I would share some of my 2019 bookish highlights with you all. The year started off badly and there have still been a few hurdles, this was still harder than you might think as there have been so many highlights despite the bad periods.

It’s December 8th already, the month is flying by. The Piccadilly Christmas evening is one of my favourite events of the year, I had the best time getting christmassy in one of my favourite places and meeting some amazing people!

I thought I’d share a brief write-up of the two Cassie and Holly events I went to last week! I adore both Cassie’s and Holly’s books, so I think we all know how excited I was when the tour was announced! My awesome sister kindly bought me a ticket as an early birthday present just before it sold out! Not that long after, I was one of the lucky recipients of a golden ticket for a VIP event with Cassie and Holly, which was held in the Waterstones Piccadilly store.

I went along to Waterstones Piccadilly’s midnight launch for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindlewald, I went to their launch event for Cursed Child which was so much fun, so it took very little to convince me to buy a ticket. Waterstones announced all the interactive fun they had planned a the week leading up to it, including props from the film and a bakery!
