October has been a busy reading month. I read some awesome books, bought even more books and made it to a couple of book events which was exciting! Some books in this post have been gifted by publishers, these are clearly marked.

Monthly Wrap-Up: August

This month has probably been my best reading month ever, mostly down to be spending so much time stuck in bed. I’ve never been a huge contemporary romance reader, nothing against it, I’m just more of a fantasy reader. After the amount I’ve read this month and loved, I’ll definitely be reading more, especially anything Helen Hoang writes because I’m obsessed with The Kiss Quotient books! Definitely give them a read of you haven’t already.

Monthly Wrap-Up: January

I’ve had an excellent reading month, I’m not sure where this reading streak has come from. I’ve read fifteen books, I don’t think I’ve ever read so many in a month before. I have no idea where this burst of reading has come from but I’m not complaining. I’ve read some amazing books this month, some of them kindly gifted by publishers.

It’s been a slow month for me. I’ve either been in a reading slump or struggled to focus while reading. I’m getting back into both reading and blogging so you’ll be hearing from me more.
