I was so excited when the invite to the A Throne of Swans blogger event with Katharine and Elizabeth Corr, dropped into my inbox. The event was held at the old Hot Key Books offices. I adored the book and was really looking forward to listening to them talk about it and answer questions.

I was invited to the Books & blogger event hosted at Drink, Shop & Do. This was my second year going, I didn’t think last year’s could be topped, top it they did! The venue was nice, there was good food and they had a pink glittery piano, too!

I can’t believe we’ve nearly hit the end of 2018, where did the year go?! For day twenty four I thought I’d post a quick wrap-up of some of the many highlights of the past year. By now I’ll have already shut off all social media for the holiday so I just want take the time to thank you all for reading and sticking with my blog. I was invited to an exclusive blogger screening for The House With A Clock in its Walls hosted at Entertainment One’s HQ in London. I first saw the trailer for this movie when I saw Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom and was instantly sold, not to mention excited after finding out it’s based on a book by John Bellairs. I’m also a huge fan of Jack Black and Cate Blanchett so when the invite dropped into my inbox, I couldn’t turn it down. It’s full of everything I love, magic, scares, weird and funny. I can confirm it didn’t disappoint.

Today I have my (very late) write-up of last month’s blogger event. February 10 I went along to the annual Scholastic’s annual bloggers’ book feast at Scholastic HQ in Euston. When everyone arrived there was time to chat to other bloggers and get something to eat before sitting down for the presentation of 2018 publications.
