Monthly Wrap-Up: What I read in February

Happy Monday, Book Dragons!

I can’t believe March is already here, how is it possible?? I’ve had an excellent racing month, managed to re-read some favourites ahead of a certain new release and willingly lost sleep to do so. February was definitely the month that reminded me why I love reading! Some books featured in this post were gifted by publishers, these are clearly marked.

Happy reading!

Six For Sunday: Books That Made You Cry

Happy Sunday, Book Dragons!

Its time for Six For Sunday, its been a couple of weeks since I joined in. I’ve found blogging quite hard recently so stepped back for a little while. Six For Sunday is a weekly prompt created by ALittleButAlot, go check out their blog! This week’s prompt is ‘Books That Made You Cry’ – an easy prompt for me as I’m always crying over books. Some books featured in this post are gifted by publishers, these are clearly marked.

Happy reading!

Review: A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J Maas

WP_20170505_002

Synopsis from Goodreads:

A nightmare, I’d told Tamlin. I was the nightmare.

Feyre has returned to the Spring Court, determined to gather information on Tamlin’s maneuverings and the invading king threatening to bring Prythian to its knees. But to do so she must play a deadly game of deceit—and one slip may spell doom not only for Feyre, but for her world as well. As war bears down upon them all, Feyre must decide who to trust amongst the dazzling and lethal High Lords—and hunt for allies in unexpected places.

A Court of Wings and Ruin is bigger, better and bolder than A Court of Thorns and Roses and A Court of Mist and Fury. I don’t know how Sarah continues to up the standard with each book.

SPOILER WARNING! – This review is slightly spoiler-ish.
