Review Policy/New Guidlines

Preferred genres to review:

Fantasy/high fantasy
YA Contemporary

Genres I do not review:

Adult fiction*

All my reviews include a synopsis from either Goodreads or the back of the book (this is clearly stated in the review), what I thought of the book, what I enjoyed/didn’t enjoy. My reviews will be as spoiler-free as possible. I will include the books publication date and who it is published by. Finally, I will give the book a star rating. All my reviews will be posted on this blog, Occasionally I will also post them on Goodreads, too.

* There are some authors/books that are marketed for adults but have a strong appeal with the YA community, these I am happy to accept for review.

Rating system:

☆☆☆☆☆ – Absolutely loved it!
☆☆☆☆ – Loved it
☆☆☆ – Liked it
☆☆ – Didn’t really enjoy it
☆ – Didn’t like it

New influencer guidelines:

I will always clearly state when a book has been sent to me for free and by who, if you would like to know who I work with a list can be found below (subject to change).
