Where do I start?? I’m fairly new to this genre, especially in adult fiction. When the email dropped in my inbox I just knew I had to read it and immediately signed up for the blog tour. It wasn’t always an easy read, the author’s writing style is so compelling, the plot so good, you can’t help but read on.
You know a thriller is good when you not only can’t put it down, you start questioning everything you thought you knew. What I Did is full of twists and turns I didn’t see coming, every change seems logical, and just when you start to truly believe something the author drops another twist. There’s one point in the book (no spoilers) where a jump in the timeline happened with no warning or announcement, I could not get enough of it! I thought that was particularly clever as it highlighted how easy it was to read something, connect the dots together and come to the wrong conclusion.
Overall I really enjoyed this one, I’ve been wondering what happened to everyone after the book ends since I finished it. What I Did is gripping, clever and has all the key elements to keep you guessing from start to finish, I’ll definitely be checking out their other works.

OOoh sounds interesting. I started getting into thrillers last year actually but I think I deal with them better as audiobooks
