I’m back for another Six For Sunday, a weekly prompt created by alittlebutalot. This week’s prompt is about five star predictions. I wrote one of these not that long ago so I’ve made sure I’ve chosen a different set of books, and ones I’m hoping to read over the next month or so.
1) They Both Die at the End by Adam Silvera:
Everyone raves about They Both Die. Gut instinct is telling me I’m going to love this, also that it will quite possibly break me. I loved Infinity Son so have high hopes that this one will be a solid five stars.
2) Harrow Lake by Kat Ellis:
You know when you just know? This is me with Harrow Lake. It just has my name all over it, I love the sound of Mister Jitters, the plot, I feel like this is the book I’ve been waiting for. I’m 100% sure it’s going to be a five star read for me.
3) Dangerous Remedy by Kat Dunn:
Dangerous Remedy is a no brainer, I was sold from the concept alone and knew I absolutely had to read this one asap. This is definitely going to be a one I adore.
4) The Mercies by Kiran Millwood Hargrave:
I’ve adored every single book by Kiran I’ve read so far and I honestly don’t think this one will be any different. I’m so ridiculously excited to start reading it soon, it’s been pushed to the top of my TBR!
5) Hideous Beauty by William Hussey:
I haven’t heard a single negative thing about this. Within minutes of William telling me about it at last year’s YALC I knew I absolutely had to read it, signing up for the proof giveaway there and then. I’m so sure this is going to be a five star.
6) The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern:
I’m ashamed to admit I have never read The Night Circus, I don’t really know why either. After everything I’ve heard about it, I think (and hope) I’m going to absolutely love it. Fingers crossed!
So there we have my six choices for this week. Have you read any of them, I’d love to know your thoughts!
