Hello!
Happy Easter! It’s been awhile, I’ve been struggling to find the motivation to blog recently. I decided to give this week’s Six For Sunday prompt a go to see how it panned out, I successfully wrote a whole post! This week’s prompt is recent additions to my TBR, it was hard to narrow it down to just six. I think I chose well. Six For Sunday was created by alittlebutalot, go show their awesome blog some love! Hopefully I’ll be back blogging soon.
Happy reading!
Crescent City by Sarah J Maas:
I bought two different editions of this beauty, I’m not sure if it counts as one of two? I bought the Waterstones exclusive edition first, though I couldn’t resist buying the UK tour edition when I found out they were available to buy. I’m currently reading this one and it is honestly everything!
Heartstopper vol.1 by Alice Oseman:
This one was gifted to me by a blogger who did a wishlist giveaway on Twitter. I’ve been desperate to read this for ages and was so excited when I opened the parcel to find they had chosen this one for me. I’ve heard so many excellent things about Heartstopper!
The Umbrella Academy vol.1 by Gerard Way, Illustrated by Gabriel Bá:
I first read this back when it first came out but never had my own copy until recently. It’s gone straight back on my TBR so I can lose myself in this world again. I adore Gerard Way’s work and this one is no exception.
Good Girls Die First by Kathryn Foxfield:
The lovely people at Scholastic sent me an early review copy of this a little while ago. I heard about it at the Showcase and immediately signed up for a copy. As a July release I get to start it soon, I’m struggling to contain my excitement!
Life of Riley by Simon James Green:
The excitement when I opened bookmail from Scholastic and found one of Simon’s upcoming books inside! I’d been eager to get my hands on Life of Riley since it was announced, I’m looking forward to reading it asap!
Do You Dream of Terra-Two by Temi Oh:
I haven’t heard much about this one, the premise intrigued me enough to add it to an online order. I don’t read a huge amount of sci-fi, I’m really looking forward to giving this one a try soon though.
So there we have my six recent additions, have you read any of them? Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
Thanks, I haven’t heard a single bad thing about it!

Thanks! It’s a Cath Kidson blanket I borrow from my mum. That’s the UK tour edition, I don’t know if there’s any left. If there are they’ll be on the Waterstones site.

I’ve been trying to convince myself not to buy Crescent City because I have so much else to read first but I want it so badly!!
