Hello Book Dragons!
I was invited to the Books & blogger event hosted at Drink, Shop & Do. This was my second year going, I didn’t think last year’s could be topped, top it they did! The venue was nice, there was good food and they had a pink glittery piano, too!
There was bubbly, wine, nibbles and books. I don’t read much women’s fiction, there’s always something that catches my eye at these events. I picked up some great books I’m excited to read!
When I arrived I was introduced to some fellow book bloggers, some I knew already but hadn’t seen since last year’s and was encouraged to pick up some books. We had the chance to chat to some authors, including Katherine Slee, who is lovely. I didn’t stay that long as my tinnitus was playing up and I was struggling with the music.
What I picked up:

- The River Home by Hannah Richell
I had so much fun and can’t wait to start reading these and making full use of my goody bag. Thank you so much to everyone at Books & for inviting me again!
