Book of the Month, General bookish fun

Book of the Month: September

Hello!

Book of the Month is back! I made the decision to skip August as I was in a reading slump and exhausted after YALC, I’m all back on track with a new book for September. This is probably the first time an adult book has been my Book of the Month and September’s pick will come as no surprise. It’s an old one but a brilliant one I will never tire of reading.

Happy reading!

IMG_20190822_172550.jpgFor September, I’ve chosen Stephen King’s IT, perfect timing with IT: Chapter Two hitting cinemas this month. I’m currently rereading this (again) and was reminded why I love it so much, from horror icon Pennywise the Dancing Clown, to the friendships within the Loser’s Club. I’m being intentionally vague as I can’t be trusted to not spoil it, I get so carried away when I talk about it. I know the size can be intimidating, after awhile you won’t even notice it. There’s so much to love about this book and I hope you all enjoy it if you decide to read it.
