Hello!
Today is the first day of blogmas, fingers crossed I manage to keep up. I didn’t write as many posts as I would have liked due to my recent blogging slump. Anyway, I thought I’d start Blogmas off with a Christmas TBR.
Happy reading!
A Boy Called Christmas, The Girl Who Saved Christmas and Father Christmas and Me by Matt Haig:
I’ve heard nothing but good things about Matt’s books, but I’m yet to read any. I know! I got a box set with the first two for Christmas last year and bought the third with Christmas money. I decided to save them for this year to help get me into the Christmas spirit. I can’t wait to finally read them.
Let it Snow by John Green, Maureen Johnson and
I picked this up in this years January sale, I’d been wanting it for ages but struggled to find a hardback copy in good condition. I’m very excited to start reading it!
Geek Girl – All Wrapped Up by Holly Smale:
This one is a reread. I’ve read this one every year since it came out and it never gets old. It’s funny, heartwarming and full of classic Harriet moments I adore. My review can be found here. I can’t recommend it enough, it’s a must read during the Christmas period and one I look forward to every year. I hope you enjoy, if you decide to pick this one up.
I’ll Be Home For Christmas anthology:
I picked this up at the Stripes blogger event earlier in the year, I’d heard nothing but good things about it and a percentage of the books profits go to Crisis. With authors such as Lisa Williamson and Juno Dawson contributing I’ll know it’ll be brilliant.
The Christmasaurus by Tom Fletcher:
I read this last year after the musical edition, I can sense this one will become a Christmas tradition for me. I adored this from the first page and can’t recommend it enough. The accompanying soundtrack is brilliant, I’ve been listening to it since September and I’m not in the slightest bit sorry. I reviewed this for last year’s Twelve Days of Christmas, which you can find it here.
Paper Avalanche by Lisa Williamson: I know this one isn’t a Christmas read, I was asked to take part in the blog tour and I couldn’t say no. I adore Lisa’s books and I’m so excited about this one, keep an eye out for my review!
Have you read any of these? I’d love to read your thoughs, let me know in the comments!
Good luck with your TBR!
I adore I’ll Be Home For Christmas, I think Juno’s story is my favourite.

I’ve yet to read any of these but I’ve heard such good things about The Christmasaurus! I’ve been meaning to pick it up myself but other things have taken priority. I can’t wait to hear what you think!
