I thought I would do a quick book haul post as I haven’t done one for awhile and I’ve got some brilliant books recently, some I’ve already read and reviewed so the link will be included for those who wish to have a look.
Night of the Party by Tracey Mathias – I was sent a copy by the lovely people at scholastic, it’s incredible and I highly recommend it! My review can be found here.
Zenith – I picked a proof up at CHCC YA Fest, I’ve heard mixed things about this and want to see what it’s about. It’s gone on my YALC TBR so will be read and reviewed soon.
Waiting For Callback and Waiting For Callback: Take Two – These were part of the scavenger hunt at CHCC YA Fest, b even meaning to pick these up for ages as I’ve heard such brilliant things about them.
Ace of Shades by Amanda Foody – I was sent a copy by HQ to review for the blog tour. I can’t recommend it enough, you can check out my review here.
Queens of Fennbirn by Kendare Blake – I was sent this by MKB as part of their #3DCCourt campaign, I’ve joined the poisoners. I love this series so much and I can’t wait to read these short stories. If you haven’t read them yet, now is a perfect time to start.
Furyborn by Claire Legrand – I got this in a goody bag at a recent event, I’ve heard nothing but good things about it and have been eager to get my hands on a copy so you can imagine my excitement when I found it in my bag.
Noah Could Never by Simon James Green – The lovely Olivia from Scholastic kindly sent me a copy to review, I love fun reads so I’m really looking forward to reading it.
The Last Family in England by Matt Haig and The Dead Fathers Club by Matt Haig – These are some of Matt’s earliest books which are being republished after his success with Reasons to Stay Alive and How To Stop Time. I was sent these by the lovely people at Canongate books to review, I’m really excited to read these.
Have you bought or received any books recently, if you have what do you buy/get? Let me know in the comments!
Ooooh I love a good book haul! It’s cool to see what books people have gotten and what they’re enjoying at the moment! I’ve heard lots of good things about Ace of Shades – I’ll have to check it out! xx
